Given:

Principle = ₹6000

Amount = ₹6360

Simple Interest:

\implies ₹6360 - ₹6000

\implies ₹360

Rate = 8%

We know that:

\boxed{\sf{SI =  \frac{PRT}{100}}}

Substituting the values we get:

\implies \sf{SI =  \frac{PRT}{100}}

\implies \sf{360 =  \frac{6000 \times 8 \times T}{100} }

\implies \sf{T =  \frac{360 \times 100}{6000 \times 8}}

\implies \sf{T =  \frac{36000}{48000}}

\implies \sf{T =  \frac{3}{4}}

Therefore: Time = 9 months

Correct option: (a) 9 months

Interest = ₹(6360-6000)

             = ₹360

Time(t)=S.I.*100/p*r

          =(360*100)/(6000*8)

          =(360/60*8)

          =(6/8)

          =(3/4)

         =(3*12/4)

        =(3*3)

        = 9 months.
