Hey mate,

It's incorrect as the correct formula is sin^2a+cos^2a = 1

Which is used in several trigonometry operations.

Actually its cos^2 + sin^2 = 1

Here

cos^2 - sin^2 A = Cos 2A = 1

So 2A = 0, 2 pie, 4 pie.....

A = 0, pie, 2 pie.......
