(c) I think option c is correct bcoz:
is that some men pray to God. You already know that “men pray” just like you knew “X smokes” when the question told you that men don’t ALWAYS pray. So this statement is definitely true. Why? Because some men HAVE to be praying for the statement in the question to have come up! If X didn’t smoke at all, would he come and say “I don’t ALWAYS smoke” or would he say “I don’t smoke” ? So men have to be praying for the given statement to have come up. But is this the answer? Mostly it is, but just to be sure we check the 4th option too and see if that one might be a better fit. Keep C as your backup for now.
