Parliament is the supreme legislative body of the Indian administration it is that set of organization where all the elected ministers set down to discuss on the laws formation....

Structure of Parliament :-

Parliament has two groups with it once it upper state in which all the members of Rajya Sabha included who elected indirectly by the ministers and represent their particular state in the Parliament.....

Second house is lower house in which the elected ministers of Central government include with the opposion group...

Function of Parliament :-

• Members of Parliament set together and discuss on the laws formation discuss the positive and negative points of that law..

• Then a paper passed out on that all have to sign in the favour of that law if the signs r one third of the total member present them that law selected to pass...

• After that , this raw law goes to the president of India , he or she signed them that law passed in the country , if the president want to delay or discuss more on that law it can return back in the Parliament...

Why do we need Parliament :-

It is that important system of Indian administration , we required this because of the following reasons ____

• Parliament contains all the ministers together and made the contribution of them together for this country...

• All the laws discussed before widely and no chance to be errors in them...

• The opposing group make sure government will not leaf it's dominance...

• The importance of President is shown by the Vito power..

• To run the administration work of the country...

• To order or sign the financial bills of the government..

It is a important room in our democratic government.

It is the place where the members of all democratic parties are present and they work for our development.

Its is important because if any type of law will going to pass then the members of all parties give their response here if the majority is in favour then the law passes and if the majority is in against then the law doesn't passes.

here the decisions are taken after seeing all suspects its advantages and disadvantages.

many of the members opposeb it and many can be in favour of that law.

so the decisions which would be taken are the best as it would be checked its all disadvantages and advantages too.

so it would be the best decision .

And it is also important as the members of all parties put their suspectives in all kind of things which is necessary for our development.
