when a man Falls from Aahat on naicken street floor he suffered change in the momentum in a very short time so the force exerted by the ground on the man will be very large and he will get hurt on the other hand if he falls on a gift of send his would-be penetrate into the stand hence he will take longer time to suffer same change in momentum has ground will exert less forced continuously the man will get no injury has a person I heat harder when his fall on a concrete floor then when the falls on a heap of sand from the same height.......

Third law of motion :- book on the table:-

suppose a book is placed on a table the book exert force on the table equal to its weight W in the towards direction the table exert and equal force on the book in upward direction......
