Why do we feel cramps in our muscles after running a long distance?

✔️It is because of the Anaerobic respiration.

✔️When we run,we face shortages of oxygen,so the anaerobic respiration starts

✔️Lactic acid is the end product.

✔️That will be in muscles of legs (forms)

✔️That gives pain and cramps in legs till we breathe normally

the pain is usualy on the right sight on just under the ribs excersise like situps amd running r common couse of side stitch you should not eat large amount of water or eat 2to.4 hours before excercise dehydragon can cause cramps too so do not ignore water/gatorate during running
