This question should be written as :
37 / 13 = 2 + 1 / x + 1 / y + 1/ z
Please go through the above attachment ..
I did this one by using reciprocal method .
As last we get x = 1 , y = 2 and z = 5
The answer of the given question will be x + y + z
= 1 + 2 + 5 = 8 ans.
