Dear, you could have said content quality answers required. I don't find a real reason for you to mention your rank. I hope you are aware of rules of being a moderator?^^*

The fertile portion of stamens is called anther. Each anther is usually made up of two lobes connected by a connective. In turn each anther lobe contains two pollen chambers placed longitudinally.all pollen grains of an anther lobe remain united in a sac called pollinia.

Anther is a bilobed and dithecous structure . It has main four layers -
1) epithelium
2) endothecium
3) middle layer
4) tapetum
Tapetum provide nutrition to the pollen grain.
