Hello Moderators,How can we protect ourself from earth quake or protection needed in earth quake??
Answer should be Point wise (only urself dont use internet)

$\textbf{Before the Occurnece of Earthquake }$

1. Fix cupboards and shelves in the walls.

2. Minimize the hanging item.

$\textbf{When the Earthquake strikes at home }$

1. Stand under the door frame.

2. Stay away from tall and heavy objects.

3. If in bed, be there and cover your head with pillow.

$\textbf{When Outdoors }$

1. Drive slowly if you are in a car or bus.

2. Sit on the ground.

3. Be away from transmission lines, big buildings, tall trees, etc.
