Hello Moderators,How can we protect ourself from earth quake or protection needed in earth quake??
Answer should be Point wise (only urself dont use internet)

Hey mate! Here's your answer!  

In the case of Earthquake,  

(1)It is easier to find shelter under things like a bed, table because heavy things may fall on us due to high vibrations and we can get severe injuries!  

(2) to be safe from heavy things which can hit you, you should,  stay away from these objects.  

(3) take some pillows with you and hide under any table and put the pillow above your head, so that, you will be safe!

$\textbf{Before the Occurnece of Earthquake }$

1. Fix cupboards and shelves in the walls.

2. Minimize the hanging item.

$\textbf{When the Earthquake strikes at home }$

1. Stand under the door frame.

2. Stay away from tall and heavy objects.

3. If in bed, be there and cover your head with pillow.

$\textbf{When Outdoors }$

1. Drive slowly if you are in a car or bus.

2. Sit on the ground.

3. Be away from transmission lines, big buildings, tall trees, etc.
