Pratishtha3105: thanks a lot for your effort ^-^! the distance between a crest and adjoining trough will be lambda/2 which is 0.075m . Half answer is absolutely correct!

Velocity= distance/time..=15 m/s.             Wavelength = distance between two crests = velocity× time =15× 0.01=.15m    And the distance between crest and adjoining through is =wavelength/2 =0.15/2=0.075..m.
