1) The problems faced by indiscriminate use of resources are:

1.accumilation of wealth in the hands of a few people and hence increase the difference between rich and poor.

2.global environment crisis arises.

3.resources will decline.

2) Resource planning is the act of allocating and utilizing resources (people, machinery, tools, rooms etc) to achieve maximal efficiency of those resources.

There are two types of resource plans. One is hypothetical, based on resource type set without any resource constraints. Resource type refers to the skill set that a task requires for completion. The other is an actual resource plan, based on actual resource availability.

3) Sustainable economic growth is economic development that attempts to satisfy the needs of humans but in a manner that sustains natural resources and the environment for future generations. An economy functions in the ecosystem. We cannot separate the economy from it. In fact, an economy cannot exist without it.

4) It is essential to have resource planning because of the following reasons: It helps to identify the various resources present in different regions of the country. It helps in the conservation of various non-renewable/extinguishable resources. It helps in reducing wastage of resources.
