How to Do Well in Tests and Exams
Doing well in tests and exams requires planning ahead and studying smartly. There is no magic fix––the effort and will must come from you but if you wish to succeed, it's worth it.
Part One of Two:
Studying beforehand
1
Revise properly. This means setting up a revision timetable up to days, weeks or even months before the exam or test. The amount of revision time needed will depend on how big the exam or test is. You should revise the main topics for at least 20 minutes a day the week before the exam.
2
Listen to what the teacher is saying. He or she might make it very clear what to expect in the test.
3
Study sections of the material you are provided with (perhaps make some revision notes and flashcards). A good way to revise is to make a knowledge organiser with the topics that you need on it. If you have learning outcomes, then try to make sure that you know all of them.
Study by understanding key points.
5
Find out where you went wrong in the practice tests. Focus most on revising those sections.
6
Take a practice test again (with some different questions if possible).Continue until you return really good results.
7
Continue to take multiple practice tests regularly until your actual exam or test.
8
Deactivate your social media while revising. It will only serve to distract you.
9
Eat and sleep well. If you are too tired then you will forget everything you studied and if you don't eat well your brain will not operate smoothly.
10
Do not cram right before a test.Instead, say the formulas in your mind or the properties and its names instead of just reading the textbook all over again. Rereading the textbook right before won't do much good, but a bit of last minute refreshing on what you memorize can be helpful.

Hey friend !!!!!!!
Here are some tips for you....
Try to take some breaks between the study sessions. Don't study over a long stretch. It will make you feel exhausted and hard to concentrate.
Enjoy while studying. Study the subject which you find interesting.
In the breaks, task to somebody, listen to music or play some games. It will help you relax before the next session.
Don't study one subject for too long. Try to take one chapter from many subjects. This will help you in finding the sessions interesting and remaining concentrated.
You may also keep a timer set for a study session or use a stopwatch when you begin to study. Simultaneously, set a goal in your mind to be accomplished within a set amount of time. Sometimes, you will bypass it but it will help you in being determined and will strengthen your will power.
Hope it helps you.....
