Estate left to a brother = 1/6 of x = x/6

Estate left with widow = Rs. 575000

Also,

Total estate = x/5 + x/4 + x/6 + 575000

=> x = x/5 + x/4 + x/6 + 575000

=> x - x/5 - x/4 - x/6 = 575000

=> (60x - 12x - 15x - 10x)/60 = 575000

=> (60x - 37x)/60 = 575000

=> 23x/60 = 575000

=> x = 575000•(60/23)

=> x = 1500000

Hence,

The value of the estate is Rs.1500000
