Answer:

( {2}^{2}  \times  {4}^{ - 1} ) \times  {5}^{ - 1}

( 4 \times  \frac{1}{4} ) \times  \frac{1}{5}

1 \times  \frac{1}{5}  =  \frac{1}{5}
