The first one is a functions because in a relation (a,b) a is the domain and b is the range of the relation

So in the first one we get different values of b for different values of a, so it'll be a function.

A function can have different values of b for different ' a ' however a function cannot different values of a for the same b

So, second will also be a function

EVEN THIRD will be a function

And even the fourth one is a function
