As whn it comes on recent pandemic, as people cannot go out, so people are finding measures on social medias to kill their boredom by organizing different fests nd ECA activities. But normally the socializing u r talking about is more like helping people to be more open and extrovert. whn it comes to this purpose tbh most of the people, the way they chat or get along with people on social media, they cant on real life and so its said people r not real on social medias. so from my opinion its a no.
