men should respect every woman. they should encourage her in her any job. they should give them courage to do their work fearlessly. they must give her all the claims which she wants ,need and also she lack.they should give her permission to do anything she wants.they also be agreed with her in her all decisions.they should support her and all the decisions which are held by her.
