Why does a sheet of paper fall later on the earth's surface than the paper ball of equal weight if thrown from a certain height?

Hey

The piece of paper possess less mass than the grumbled paper ball....it takes time for the,paper to descend as it floats randomly.... where as paper ball has greater mass so it falls straighly without floating and much time isn't used

sheet of paper for Slater on the earth surface then the paper ball of the equal weight if thrown from a certain height because sheet of paper has a large surface area so it will experience more air resistance than a ball which has lower surface area there for the ball will reach is much faster than a sheet of paper
