why the Malabar coast is receiving heavy rainfall in July, Tamil Nadu coast is comparitively Dry?

BECAUSE:-

  • Tamilnadu is situated in the southernmost part of the Indian subcontinent with the relatively states of Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh.
  • Also it lies in rain shadow region of Arabian sea branch and Bay of Bengal.
  • Wheras Malabar coast is just parallel to Arabian sea branch and Bay of Bengal.
  • THATS WHY, the Malabar coast is receiving heavy rainfall in July, Tamil Nadu coast is comparitively Dry.

THANKS
