=> 1 , 2 & 3 are the 3 positive numbers that give the same result when multiplied and added together.

Proofs:-

Multiplication:

=> 1 × 2 × 3

=> 6

Addition:

=> 1 + 2 + 3

=> 6

Hence, both the case, multiplication and addition gives the same result.

So, 3 positive numbers are 1 , 2 & 3.
