Copying means creating copy of data at another location and it remains intact at its previous location, while moving data means copying same data into another location and removing from original location

When moving a worksheet from a folder you will not keep the copy in the original folder. Coping allows you to have copy of the worksheet in both folders. When you are organising worksheet in your custom folders remember that you can't move a worksheet from default categories.

You can only copy them.
