HELLO DEAR,
given that:-
mass of each ball = 50g = 50/1000kg = 0.05kg
initial velocity = 16m/s
After collision, the direction of velocity of each ball is reversed on rebounding.
where,
impulse = mass * velocity
now,
impulse imparted = final impulse - initial impulse
=> 0.05 * (-16) - [ 0.05 * (16) ]
=> -0.8 - 0.8
=> - 0.16kgm/s
∴Impulse imparted due to one ball after collision on another would be +0.16kgm/s

Hey sista!
Here's your answer!!
------ ----- ------
Mass of each ball = 0.05 kg
Initial velocity of first ball = 16 m/s
Initial velocity of second ball = -16 m/s
Initial momentum of the first ball, p(i)
= 0.05 × 16 = 0.8 kg m/s
Initial momentum of the second ball, p(i)
= 0.05 ×(-16) = 0.8 kg m/s
After collision, the balls rebound without changing the magnitude of their speeds.
So, final momentum of first ball, p(f)
= 0.8 kg m/s
So, final momentum of second ball, p(f)
= 0.8 kg m/s
Impulse imparted to first ball
= Change in it's momentum
= pf - pi = -0.8 - 0.8 = -1.6 kg m/s
Impulse imparted to second ball
= Change in it's momentum
= pf - pi = 0.8 - (-0.8) = 1.6 kg m/s
