I would be glad if you drop some light
over this question,a true psychological one.
There's this girl,who's disliked by everyone in her class,it's like she drags hatred towards her,without irritating them over anything.(Could be a contradiction,idk.)
The thing is,i've become her friend,out of pity or idk-I just feel that she needs a friend. But,the strange fact is,a few people in my class are warning me NOT to be her friend,as she's a bad news. I don't know how to act over this,she behaves completely fine towards me,speaks her mind out over things.
And there's this another girl,who does not like seeing me talk to her,as she acclaimed that the girl is bad.
I actually said that I would give her a chance,and try to see where she goes wrong.
Till now,i've not experienced anything strange with her. What do you think I should do? Break friendship with her? Or carry on being friends with her?

Well I thought u wanted help or something so I m here ...
As many people have already given out their ideas ...I m gonna to share my personal experience .Well I also happen to be is a same kind of mess like urs(Don't know how).Also giving out few psychological related things which might help.....But Its always advised to do analysis of ur situation and then work on.
So...its starts like this I have a friend of mine who is really hated by almost each and every person in class (let me name him as x).So X and I share absolutely good friendship together though not sounding great for my classmates.The thing turn out to be worse when teachers also started disliking him.Many of my friends asked me why am I having such friend who is good for nothing(academics,looks,manners etc) well It was just because of his character which attracted me the most and the powerful bonding we share ...The best thing about him is he UNDERSTANDS me(I have tons of friends but only one or two understand me) .These things helped me to fight with all the odds and ignore all the negatives about him.
Moreoften I just bush the negative things about him cause I know 'No One Is Born Perfect Even Not Me' just the thing is how the person overcomes from his negative side and some are still to overcome.
Dear Neria ,it is advised that be what u are.. a angel and I know what is a angel supposed to do.I know why people are warning u Its just because they are afraid that u will have a bad impact due to that girl And remember this can be true I have witnessed many people changing due to their friendship circle.NEVER EVER GET INFLUENCED BY ANYONE BY ANY COST or else u will end up regretting and there is no comeback!
Also forget the policy of close friend and just friend well.. talk to everyone around u as if they are ur friend in frank way never ever give anyone in ur life a special preference treat everyone equally until and unless they mean a lot to u .Cause in today's society no one can be easily trusted as there are no transparent people available.People tend to focus on different things in differently like this "6" its six from this side but if u turn upside down u will see nine. Even the people u don't talk too often when u get chance chance talk to them with smile on ur face .
At last never be too close with anyone cause people are more tend to get hurt when they are close to someone and the person close to u can even affect ur well-being Also never develop hatred towards anyone cause u never know when that person can help u.Talk to everyone and think wisely
