Really the word poor and rich are very very common now a days !!

People become poor not only for economic factors but there are many other factors too-------

Causes of poverty are changing trends In India the reasons of being poor is associated with the lack of education, high divorce rate, a culture of poverty, overpopulation, epidemic diseases such as AIDS and malaria and environmental problems such as lack of rainfall.

These are the chief factors ..

Climatic conditions is also a very big factor.....

Extreme weather may cause of poverty in many countries like India. Drought, rainfall and flooding are some of the biggest causes of poverty by weather. When natural disasters do not gain media attention raising money becomes more difficult. This is made worse when governments spend money in the capitals instead of the poorest areas which need it most.

Now almost eradicated factors are▪---

°°°War and violence.

°°°Classes not having access to institutions and markets.

SO, THE MAIN CAUSES OF POVERTY CAN BE SUMMARIZED AS FOLLOWS:

••Inflation

••Poor management of resources

••Under-Education

••Debt

••Corruption

••Extreme weather

••Lack of control in local food

••Lack of access to education

••Mental illness - lack of proper sanitation.

••Overpopulation

Poverty entails more than the lack of income and productive resources to ensure sustainable livelihoods. Its manifestations include hunger and malnutrition, limited access to education and other basic services, social discrimination and exclusion as well as the lack of participation in decision-making.
