Now,

Ap=3p sq +4p .......(i)

Also,

Ap= a+(p-1)d

=7+(p-1)6

=1+6p ........(ii)

Equating i and ii

1+6p=3p2+4p

3p2-2p+1

(3p2-3p)+(2p+1)

therefore,

p=1 and 2/3

put p=1 in i and ii

3(1)+4(1)=1+6(1)

7=7
