the answer is :  3=> x =>-3/2

you need to add x to the whole inequation and then multiply by -1.
When you multiply any inequation by -1, the signs get reversed and thus you'll land-up with,

$11/2 \geq 2x - 1/2 \geq -7/2$

now add 1/2 to the inequation, and solve. You'll land up with the answer ;)
