Lets make it simple first. Assume instead of 11/4 (wiz 2^{3/4} fractional form) we have 10 and instead of 3/16, we had 2.

So, we have 10 cups of dough, and we use 2 cup of dough for each, then we make 10/2 = 5 cups right.

We will use same logic here but we will place the value as given and use fractional division.

So, our answer will be [11/4] / [3/16] = 11*16 / 4*3 = 44 / 3 = 14.666 cups.

Now, since we don't have excess dough, and we need whole number, our answer is 14 cups.

So the answer is 14 cups.
