Answer:
1)Motion:- if the position of a particle changes with respect to time and also with respect to an observes, then it is said to be in motion.
2)Reference point:- reference point is a place or object used for comparison to determine if something is in motion. An object is in motion if it changes position relative to a reference point.
3) Scalar quantity:-in physics, a scalar quantity is a quantity that can be described by a single element of a number field, such as a real number, often accompanied by units of measurement.
4) Vector quantity:-in physics, a quantity that has both magnitude and direction. It is typically represented by an arrow whose direction is the same as that of the quantity and whose length is proportional to the quantity's magnitude.
5) Distance:- distance is the actual length covered by a particle. it have magnitude only.
6) Displacement:- displacement is the shortest path from initial to final point. it has magnitude as well as particular direction ,both.
7) Uniform motion:-
This type of motion is defined as the motion of an object in which the object travels in a straight line and its velocity remains constant along that line as it covers equal distances in equal intervals of time, irrespective of the duration of the time.
8) Non -uniform motion:- This type of motion is defined as the motion of an object in which the object travels with varied speed and it does not cover same distance in equal time intervals, irrespective of the time interval duration.
