Help he for exam plzzzzzzzz4. Two objects each of mass 2 kg and 3 kg are moving in ire same straight line in the same
direction with velocities 10 m/s and 3 m/s is depicted in figure (1). They stick together
after collision and moves as a combined object is depicted in figure (2).

a) momentum before collision

p=m1v1 +m2v2

p= 2×10+ 3×5

p= 35 kg m/s

b) as we know momentum remain conserve

m1v1 + m2v2 = m1 ×u + m2× u

35= (2+3) × u

u= 7 m/s
