There is a formula that relates the arc length of a circle of radius, r, to the central angle, θ in radians.

S= rθ

14π= 12(θ)

\frac{14\pi }{12} =\frac{12*theta}{12}

\frac{7\pi }{6} = θ

Hope it helps, please mark me as brainliest, thanks! :)
