Answer 1.

The main difference between chloroplast and stomata is that chloroplast contains chlorophyll which aids in the process of photosynthesis whereas, stomata is that part of a plant's leaf which helps in the process of respiration. Thus, these two serve as completely separate faculties within a plant.

Answer 2

Autotrophs are organisms which produce their own food. The most common autotrophs are plants. They can make food from inorganic substances, such as water and carbon dioxide. Heterotrophs are organisms which rely on producers to get food.

Answer 3

Xylem carries water and minerals from the roots to the leaves. Whereas, phloem carries the food prepared by the leaves to different parts of the plant.

Answer 4

Variegated leaves have green and non-green parts while simple leaves have a single leaf blade directly attached to the petiole or leaf stalk. Leaves are the major photosynthetic parts of plants. They are rich in chloroplasts and appear in green.

Answer 5

Basically, stomata refers to both the pore (stoma) and the guard cells that surround them on the epidermis.
