Answer:

67.74 sq cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Given Triangle is a Right Angled triangle.

Let, Its Altitude= 16 cm

and Base= 12 cm

Area of triangle= 1/2×Base×Altitude

= 1/2 ×12×16 ( 12÷2=6)

= 6×16 sq. cm.

Now, Diameter of circle = 6cm

its radius, r= D/2= 6/2=3cm

area of circle= πr^2

= 3.14×3×3 sq. cm.

= 28.26 sq. cm.

Then According to question, area of figure=

= 96-28.26 Sq. Cm.

= 67.74 Sq. Cm.

Answer:

Area of triangle is 1/2×base × height

because it is right angle

= 1/2×16×12

=96cm²

diameter of circle is =6

then radius=diameter/2

=6/2=3

area of circle=πr²

= 3.14×3×3cm²

=28.26cm²

so the area of trangle whe circle is remove

=(96-28.26) cm²

=67.74cm²
