\huge\mathfrak\green{\underline{\underline{Solution}}}

\implies\frac{ {x}^{2} -( x + 2 )(x + 3)}{7x + 1} = \frac{2}{3}

\implies\frac{ {x}^{2} - ( {x}^{2} + 3x  + 2x + 6 )}{7x + 1 } = \frac{2}{3}

\implies\frac{\cancel {x}^{2} - \cancel{x}^{2} - 3x - 2x - 6 }{7x + 1 }= \frac{2}{3}

\implies 3 ( -3x - 2x - 6 ) = 2 ( 7x + 1 )

\implies  -9x - 6x - 18 = 14x + 2

\implies -15x - 18 = 14x + 2

\implies -15x - 14x  = 18 +2

\implies -29x  = 20

\implies x =\frac{-20}{29}ᴀɴs.
