yes I agree with the message of universal rights ........and it was the best decision taken by the Constitution........

because it gives every individual their own right of voting and nominating their leaders....... and makes the people equal among some extent at the time of voting......

The message of universal rights was beset with contradictions. Many ideals in the "Declaration of Rights of Man and Citizen" were not clear In their meanings, e.g., The law has the right to forbid only actions injurious to society" did not mention about criminal offences against other individuals.
