With a doctor’s permission, how many servings of the product could a person eat before reaching 100 percent of their allowable daily intake for cholesterol? How did you arrive at your answer?

Reduce eating potatoes as much as possible. Go for morning walk. Walk at least 1 Km nonstop. Drink 1 litter of water everyday after your morning walk. Besides don't forget to take water sufficiently. Do not lie down or sleep just after having food. Sit for a while and stay atleast 2-3 hours after you have finished eating. Most importantly reduce your intake of food having oils and fats. Enjoy the taste of vegetables. Drink milk at night.
Hope if you repeat this activity regularly you will reduce your cholesterol. And also, if possible, go cycling at gym or at your locality.
