valid polynomials are :
1) \: 2 \\ 2)4 {x}^{2}  + 5x - 6 \\ 3)5 \times 3 - 4x + 6 \\ 4) \: 14y \\ 5)17 {z}^{2}  + 7 \\ 6) \: 8c - 5 \\ 7)3 {x}^{2}
remaining are not.reason behind
2) 4/x because x can not have negative powers,or x can not be in denominator with positive power
6/Y; is not polynomial with the same reason discussed above.
√x-5; have x to the power 1/2,which is not true for being a polynomial
9x^7+√x: is also not valid because it includes √x
9x^3-19x^-3 is not valid because of negative power of x in numerator
