The sun and the wind agreed that whoever could separate the traveller from his cloak would be declared stronger. Wind took the first turn, it blew with all its might to blow away the traveller's cloak, but instead, he gripped it more tighter. Thus wind could not succeed.

The next turn was of sun's. He increased his heat and the traveller, feeling the warmth, no longer needed the cloak and thus, it fell open.

Thus the sun won the match and was declared the strongest.
