Answer:

A.carbon compound are the poor conductor of electricity because they are from the covalent bonds and the covalent compound do not from the free electron therefore they do not conduct the electricity.

Answer:

Most of the carbon atoms are poor conductors of electricity due to absence of a mobile (free) electron in the compound. For example in diamond, the hybridisation of carbon atom is sp3 i.e., all the electrons of the atom are involved in bonding therefore no free electron....while in graphite the hybridisation is sp2 due to which there is a free electron in its p- orbital for conducting electricity.

Structure for a Saturated cyclic compound of carbon is cyclopropane. It has 9 single bonds.

hope this helps....
