Hey mate ☺

 \huge{\mathfrak{\red{Answer}}}

Given that,

 {7}^{5}  \times  {7}^{ - 4}  \times   {7}^{ - 6}

Formula-

 {a}^{x}   \times  {a}^{y}  \times  {a}^{z}  =  {a}^{x + y + z}

=

 {7}^{5 + ( - 4) + ( - 6)}

=

 {7}^{ - 5}

Note: If there is a - in power then the numerator goes down and denominator comes up.

There is no denominator so we take 1.

 \frac{1}{ {7}^{5} }

=

 \frac{1}{16807}

or

you can write 7 power -5.

Hope it helps...
