there is a guy who is my friend and he stares me while talking to me and I have no idea why does he do so....

after asking several times he said he doesn't like me

Couple of options:

1. Tell him to please stop staring at you. It makes you feel weird

2. Ignore it

3. Talk less to him

You just ignore him man

Only fools do such things

Tell your parents when such things happen

And look at him when he looks at you
