You must provide a first person account of how you acquired your land, what you see when you arrive on your land, how you improved your land, and were other persons affected by your settlement.

I'm not going to write a whole essay but I will give you pointers and some things you can talk about because I've had to do something like this and I'm also from Georgia so....

When talking about what the land looks like you can say that there were rolling hills and lots and lots evergreen trees. Say that there were patches of red clay and many dips in the land(Georgia has tons of red clay).

To improve your land you could say that you cut down the trees to make space for your house and your cotton fields. You could also say that for the holes you filled them with the red clay and smoothed them over.

For #5 you could say that your neighbor 10 acres down didn't like it that you cut down the trees but otherwise was unaffected and liked it that you made the land level

Or if you want to say that they were affected you could say that having the dips in the land filled affected how the water drained.
