 \alpha  +  \beta  =  - b  \div a \\  \alpha  \beta  = c \div a

here

 \alpha  +  \beta  =  - 2 \div 1\\  \alpha  \beta  = 5 \div 1

so let alpha+beta=S

alpha×beta=P

then (S^2 -2P)/P

=(4-2×5)/5= -6/5
