We have, LHS = (sinФ + cosecФ)^2 + (cosФ+secФ)^2

= sin^2 Ф + cosec^2 Ф + 2*sinФ*cosecФ + cos^2 Ф + sec^2 Ф + 2* cosecФ*secФ

= sin^2 Ф + cosec^2 Ф + cos^2 Ф + sec^2 Ф + 2 + 2

= 5 + cosec^2 Ф + sec^ 2Ф

= 5 + (1+cot^2 Ф) + (1+tan^2 Ф)

= 7 + tan^2 Ф + cot^2 Ф = RHS
