calculate half of the circumference for the distance covered and calculate the diameter for displacement...

so

distance=2πr/2= πr
=5×3.14=17 .70 m

since displacement is the shortest distance between the initial and final point therefore the diameter is the displacement....

so

displacement= 5+5= 10m
