x = 30 \: by \: corressponding \: angle  40 + 30 + y = 180 \: sum \: of \: all \: angles \: of \: triangle \\ y = 180 - 70 = 110 \\ now  \\  40 + x +z = 180  \: {sum \: of \: all \: angles \: of \: triangle} \\ z =  180 -  70  = 110
