(\frac{1}{9})^{-2} - 3 * 27^{\frac{2}{3}} * 9^{0} + (\frac{9}{81}) ^{\frac{-1}{2} }

= 3^{4} - 3 * 3^{2} * 1 + 3

= 3^{4} - 3^{3}+ 3= 3(3^{3} - 3^{2} + 1)= 3 * 19=  57
