As its a cyclic quarilateral so

angles sum(opposite) = 180°

=> 2x+4+4x-64= 180

SOLUTION -

GIVEN -
Angle (A) = 2x + 4 degree
Angle (C) = 4x - 64 degree

WE KNOW THAT , sum of opposite angles of a cyclic quadrilateral is 180 degree .

(2x + 4) + (4x - 64) = 180
                         6x = 240
                           x = 40 degree

THEREFORE THE VALUE OF X IS 40 DEGREE
