Subject of this questio will be:
Apology letter by explaining the delay due of orders
1- Always Write Your address In Right Hand Side in formal letter ,formal letter in the sense a letter you are writing to your boss,Principal,etc....
2 -In formal letter you have to write two address one of yours and other to whom you are writing.Your address should be at right hand side and must contain 4 lines,also must be one after other.
3-The month, In the date should not written in numbers...For example -12-03-2009❌Instead of this you should write 12 March 2009✔Also there should be coma in every line and full stop at last line..
4-Then comes the address to whom you are sending it also has same rules coma(,) is important.
5-Then subject,subject should be small also Remember to underline it ,it is important.Subject should be In middle.
6-Always write respected sir below Subject then come to body of letter it should be short and sweet don't pull it length should be short
7-At last,Thank You And yours truly or yours sincerely or whatever u want to write.Remeber to put coma .Here comes the part never mentioned your name in letter instead use XYZ.If name is given use that.
8- Never except full marks in letter the highest marks in letter is 4 and a half..also always choose formal letter it can provide you marks..
