So,

Given:- AC = 16 cm

thus, Angle AOB =90°

& AO =1/2 * AC = 1/2 * 16 = 8 cm

& BO =1/2 * BD = 1/2 * 30 = 15 cm

Since, Triangle AOB is a right angled triangle,

thus, by Pythagoras theorem,

(AO)² + (BO)² = (AB)²

=>8² + 15² = AB²

=>64 + 225 = AB²

=>289 = AB²

=> AB =

 \sqrt{289}

=> AB = 17 cm = Side of the rhombus

Since, perimeter of rhombus = 4 * Side of rhombus

=> Perimeter = 4 *17=68 cm
